About Energise

Recognising that many organisations were looking for help with developing their workforce, complying with equality laws and maximising the business benefits of diversity, Vanessa Boon, a seasoned HR & Diversity practitioner, launched energise in 2007 to fulfil this need.

Vanessa is a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualified consultant, trading as 'energise people development & diversity' and offering a wide range of consultancy and training services through a network of talented associates across the UK.

Vanessa has worked with organisations across multiple sectors, gaining experience in management, training and development, public speaking, human resources and diversity. Her work has attracted notable awards in recognition of her creative yet pragmatic and resourceful approach, always delivering measurable results.

Energise promotes good practice though public speaking, networking, articles and hot topics events for employers. Vanessa Boon is an active member of the CIPD, Derby Equality & Diversity Network and the British Association for Women in Policing.
